POSH POP, Toyah’s 2021 studio album entered the chart at #22.
This is Toyah’s highest charting album since Warrior Rock in 1982 and highest charting studio album since 1982’s The Changeling. It also sits at the top of the Official Top 50 Independent Album Chart and at no.6 in the Sales Chart.
The album features the singles Summer Of Love, Levitate and the infectious Space Dance plus new fan favourites Barefoot On Mars and Rhythm In My House. Epic album closer Take Me Home is the lyrical sequel to Danced from Toyah’s debut 1979 album Sheep Farming In Barnet.
