A live version of Toyah’s Danced appears on the 2-LP soundtrack tie-in to the documentary concert film Urgh! A Music War.  

  • Danced was recorded live at ICA, London, England on 5 September 1980. Credited incorrectly with ‘Toyah Wilcox’ as artist and song incorrectly titled ‘Dance’
  • The gig at the ICA was part of Rock Week 1980 also included Invisible Sex on the bill recorded for this LP too.
  • Various reissues have been made available over the years on CD with some cutting the original track list down to fit a single CD edition.
  • The live version of Danced has not yet appeared on any CD releases of the soundtrack or been made available digitally.
  • The film including Toyah’s performance was made available on home media (VHS, laserdisc) in both the UK and US with alternate sleeves for each territory.
